For BravoCon 2025, Creative Riff brought me on during the final planning stages of T-Mobile’s presenting-sponsor activation to help bring the space to life and guide it across the finish line. Working closely with Client Services, the Creative Team, and the Senior Sponsorship Producer, I helped translate the final creative vision into a fully executable build. My responsibilities included coordinating with the fabrication vendor on build drawings, securing engineering stamps, refining production details, and ensuring all elements were ready for fabrication.
Beyond pre-production, I was onsite overseeing the full build and logistics, managing day-to-day progress, troubleshooting, and ensuring all design and brand details were executed to a high standard. The activation—T-Mobile’s Club Magenta—served as a standout fan experience featuring appearances by Bravolebrities, exclusive merchandise, and special perks for T-Mobile members through the Magenta Status program.
The result was a polished, high-impact brand space that delivered on both the client’s expectations and the fan excitement around BravoCon.
