Program Lead and Communications Liaison for the Abbott CES experience, overseeing production execution across all phases of the project. Responsible for maintaining alignment between client vision, creative development, and technical delivery by managing workflow and communication across Client, Creative, and Technical/AV/Fabrication. Led ownership of the master timeline and approval process, ensuring all milestones were met on schedule and within budget. Acted as the key bridge between design and fabrication teams to validate feasibility, streamline asset handoffs, and mitigate risks. Coordinated critical logistics including on-site shop visits and CES staffing.
