I partnered with Nomad Labs to lead the Exhibitor and Sponsorship workstream for SuiFest 2025, a large-scale global Web3 event held in Singapore alongside TOKEN2049. The festival featured 33 exhibitors and 10 sponsors, each requiring individualized support, coordination, and build preparation.
My responsibilities included managing all client-facing communications—weekly touch-base calls, ad-hoc partner discussions, and ongoing alignment with exhibiting teams—as well as internal coordination with creative and design leads. Working from the RFPs submitted by each exhibitor, I collaborated directly with all 33 brands to develop bespoke booth concepts and managed the full pre-production process for each space.
This role required balancing complex stakeholder needs, ensuring accurate translation of creative direction into build-ready assets, and maintaining smooth communication across multiple teams. The result was a cohesive, high-quality exhibitor floor that showcased the breadth of the Sui ecosystem and delivered strong value to both sponsors and attendees.
