PREMIER LEAGUE MORNINGS LIVE - TAMPA

In partnership with NBC Sports, the Premier League, and Hudson Gray, we brought to life the 12th edition of the Premier League Mornings Live fan festival at Armature Works.

Premier League Mornings Live is a two-day fan festival created in partnership with NBC Sports, designed to bring supporters together to watch live Premier League matches on large-format screens while experiencing a wide range of interactive fan activities and live entertainment. Held on April 18–19, 2026. The event featured live studio broadcasts hosted by Rebecca Lowe alongside analysts Robbie Earle, Robbie Mustoe, and Tim Howard.

Serving as Senior Production Manager, I was responsible for overseeing critical operational and logistical elements of the event, including:

- Managing and securing all required permits alongside city liaisons
 - Overseeing all venue logistics
- Securing and managing venue vendors
- Managing the production schedule, including trucking coordination and marshaling
- Coordinating vendor power requirements with sponsor production teams and event technology vendors
- Collaborating with the creative team on ongoing floorplan revisions
- Overseeing load-in and load-out logistics
- Managing all onsite venue operations throughout the event

This project required detailed coordination across multiple teams, vendors, and stakeholders while ensuring a seamless experience for both attendees and broadcast audiences.
